What materials are used in your products?

Our products are 3D printed in the USA using high-quality PCTG and PETG filaments selected for durability, strength, and a clean finish. PCTG is also heat-resistant to a certain point, chemically resistant, and water-resistant. The PCTG is also made here in the United States
How durable are 3D printed parts?

Our parts are designed for real functional use — not just display. They're printed with structural integrity in mind and tested for everyday handling. We also bought and shipped our own product to ourselves to find out if there was any breakage or disruption in our selected shipping method, which did yield a weak spot in our structure. We have fixed the problem area and strengthened the product.
Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we ship within the US only. All orders are produced and fulfilled domestically.
What is your return policy?

Please review our 3D Printing Terms & Conditions and Returns policy for full details. Due to the custom nature of 3D printed goods, all sales are generally final unless there is a defect.
Can I get a custom color or size?

We currently offer the colors and variants listed on each product page. Custom requests are not available at this time but may be offered in the future.
How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after a week in production. Delivery times vary by location within the US.
Do you work with influencers or product specialists?
